“As human beings, we have the amazing ability to persevere and overcome extreme difficulties. Believing this, I offer counseling to children, teens, and adults for a wide variety of issues including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, coping difficulties, and behavioral challenges. My desire is to help you recognize your strengths so you can persevere through difficult circumstances. I approach therapy in a down-to-earth, goal-focused way for those who desire to build skills for coping, communicating with others, and overcoming specific obstacles.

Both personally and professionally, I value the role of community and the idea of supporting those who are hurting or struggling.
